This game will always and I mean always let you down the game basically hates everyone if you wanna play Dokkan just get the Japanese one it has better rates and wont disappoint you trust me I have the worst cards in global but the best cards in jp and I havent paid a single penny but global I have wasted over a 100 dollars and still have crap

This is a pay to win game. Once you reach a certain level, theres no other way to get summoning stones. The support for this game is a joke, they take over 2 days to reply, and they do nothing to help but to say sorry.

I have played this game for a long time and just hit level 197. Throughout the whole game I have been optimistic and thought I would be able to get the cards labeled as "good" but I was met with nothing except characters that were basically useless. The other part of this game that made it so very terrible and frustrating was that I got to the point where you have to pay money to get dragon stones and still got no cards that were considered "good". So dragon ball z Dokkan battle is a terrible that makes you spend way too much time and money to be an enjoyable game.

Dont waste time and money on the global version. If you like the game invested in JP version.

This game is amazing with its adventure and the fun of summoning new characters and building your own team but the problem that Im having is one where everybody has this situation and the other one is where almost nobody has this. The first one is that once you pass everything like the missions, the events and everything that has to do with dragon stones you can repeat the events and all but you cant keep having dragon stones in that so the only way is paying for them where I really dont have a problem with that but for the people who dont have that much money they have to wait for the daily login where mostly you get one dragon stone and mostly you get no dragon stone. The second one that I have problems is that Ive been spending dragon stones on multi summons allot so I can get tickets for the 150 million global DLs summon where I dint get any tickets AT ALL and Ive mostly been waiting allot for this banner where I reported it and everything but nothing happened, so like I said this game is amazing and I love it cause I am a big fan of the Dragon Ball saga but unfortunately some mistakes were made.

The new 150 million downloads banner was supposed to give everyone tickets and I didnt get any. Spent well over 2000 stones before the ticket counter closed. This is so unfair.

This game is one of the best mobile game out there. The game has a really cool story, amazing card to pull and has lots of you favourite dragon ball, dragon ball z and some characters forms super and GT(more will come in the future for GT) this game has lots of ongoing events and as of the time Im writing this it celebrating its 150 million downloads. The game gets even more fun when you tackle the Dokkan fest events which are super hard. Well in concision, this is a good game and is worth spending lots of Time on.

The game itself is somewhat appealing. You touch orbs to have characters attack for you. The gameplay is simple and the sprites are well done. Unfortunately, the communication with players is awful. I had spent over 1,300 dollars on this game in order to pull my favorite characters. They are having an event that gives players 1 ticket for every 50 stones used on the account, and yet, even after 319 days, I still get 0 tickets. After contacting their support, they have nothing to say except "due to abnormalities in your account, you cannot receive the tickets". They wont even disclose what the abnormality is. Theres no offer of compensation, and theres nothing that they have offered to do to correct the issue. I was expecting hundreds of tickets with a chance to put the new hidden potential system to good use with dupes that I would pull. Sadly, I wont be pulling at all, and I wont be spending another dime for bandai.

Ive been waiting 4 days to spend my tickets on the new banner and they just wont Add it and its not far for the people that put there time into the game so plz just add the banner and p.s the game is amazing

Early user but was screwed over by the 150m download banner. Never modded and paid plenty of money to only shafted. Terrible customer service.

Its so sad I was really looking forward to DragonBallZ Saibai Batttle Guess theres always next year

This game has gotten so much better in the past few months, it has gotten so awesome and cool I cant stop playing it. More awesome characters have been added like new fusion characters. They rock the earth ????.

I just re downloaded the game and it keeps crashing making it unable to play

They wont help you even if you spent money on stones and theyll just say they found abnormalities in your account even if you havent done anything to it.

The people who run the game are either inept or purposely screwed users.

When I saw the saibai battle stuff on the news, I was really excited because it actually looked really fun. So you can imagine how ticked off I was when I found out it was just an April Fools joke. I actually wanted to see doctor nappa. I know you have played 15 dragon stones to compensate, but I would honestly rather have a real saibai battle. So please make an actual Saibai battle, as Im sure Im not the only player who wants it.

The 150 mil banner will be dropping and I didnt receive the tickets and so did many others, I SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON THIS GAME and have not received 1 TICKET, This is BS

Amazing game, should for sure give it a try if you havent played it.

They messed up. I spent over $100 on this game, and hoping to get some tickets for the upcoming banner, I got nothing. So so upset. Im not going to spend another cent on this game until they fix their issue
