Downloaded jp version now my global one is glitching its not getting the download done

Game is amazing. Was a lvl 109. Spent more money in the game then Id like to admit. But then I started having phone issue. I dont have Facebook. Took phone into cell store they put a new SIM card into it that didnt work, so they reset my phone back to factory. Still didnt work. So I got a new phone and did the iCloud back up. The game appeared so I opened it up to find out that I am a lvl 1 again with a different ID number and dont know to restore my old save game. I never got a transfer code because I didnt think I would have issues with my phone. And did expect cellular company to reset my phone. So now I am out some money and all the time spent into the game. And the contact support thing is a joke.

Can you guys please make an encyclopedia for the characters because its fun to try and collect them and also remember them after you sell them. Good job on the game ?

You know you made the right choice when you get Whis, Golden Frieza and SSG Goku in the same week ?

This game is amazing and I love playing it. The only reason I changed my review to 4 stars is because bandai is trying to get us six months apart from the Japanese version again. I can understand that but they should try to get us at the same page as Japan or add new events to global to pad out the time. Not necessarily dokkan events but maybe some new story events that jp can get at the same time or more frequent world tournaments. Especially the tournaments because if they dont a lot of people are going to get mad an leave. If they do this or something similar then Ill change my review but if they dont I wont.

Fix the "Hero Extermination Plan" and "Evil Powers Strike Back" events. As soon as I reach Stage 14 on both, I cant play anymore even if I pick the right characters it tells theyre valid and then theyre invalid. Please Fix!!!

Everytime i load it up it crashes

I have been playing this game for a long time now and I have a lot of good characters but I dont have any extremely good characters. My characters can only do some of the super events and they have an impossible time at defeating the strike events and I would like if summoning good SSRs was higher but in all its a good game

I got a new phone a while back and lost everything I had on my old iPhone. I have been trying to recover my old account for months but no luck. I really dont want to start over from the beginning because I had a lot of time and great characters on there. If there is any way I can get it all back that would be great. Please and thank you

I absolutely love this game. Its a great way to kill time or just play for fun. This game also has a really good community of people. I have no complaints about this game and have been play for 1 year now.

Great and well thought, but I cannot play anymore since this morning. "action_view/template/error" has just appeared and I am blocked.

English: Every Time I kill an opponent, it doesnt matter if its the last or not, a red frame blinks on the screen. After a while it becomes very unpleasant. Please, remove it.

I really like this new update with the opportunity now, to change the voice of goku to the english version, but still it would be really great, if you guys could implement voices for all characters, when they do their super attack.

Wow Bamco, we only get 16 Stones in total for this catastrophic mess-up? Dokkan Battle is a game, which totally rips-off the gamer! Not only are the prices for Dragon Stones outragous (1 Dragon Stone = 1$), the drop rates a total joke and the summon rates a greedy way to get players spend money on Dragon Stones. I despise that game, I hope everyone gives you just 1* you greedy b*stards
