Charged credit card instead of iTunes credit

I bought a $25 iTunes gift card for the sole purpose of buying the $23.99 dragonstone set. When I made the transaction, it went through to my mothers credit card instead of my $25 iTunes credit. This is unacceptable. Please look into why people who had $25 worth of iTunes credit where unable to purchase the $23.99 dragonstone set.
