I need my dragon stones!!!

So I purchased the deal on 12 stones for 99 cents and it didnt give me them. Not only
that but I purchased it 3 times and I still didnt get any. I even deleted the game to see if that would work and it didnt. This is very upsetting to have offer a deal but not give me my dragon stones!!!
