Help Me!

This is one of my favorite games on mobile. Might actually be number one for me. Ive spent recently on this game for dragon stones and still havent pulled an ssr. Also Ive done all the events and all quest, so there is no way go me to get stones to summon. Please help me. Ive wasted all my stones with not one ssr. Another thing that happened was that I did a multi-summon and my game glitched out. I lost my dragon stones and got no characters. Can I please get my stones back or at least something else useful for me. Thank You
