Amazing with one problem

I live this game so much and its probably my favorite in the App Store so far. There is a problem that happened to my game though. I tried to buy two 91 dragon stone packs but the purchase didnt go through and it said try again later I did and it didnt give me my stones. I tried one more time and it still didnt give the stones. I then got charged over 100 dollars for the purchases and they didnt come through so could you give me my stones please Bandai? Or just refund the money but put it in apple credit.
