HELP!!! NEED FIXED ASAP!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this game. Its all that I play and all I tell my friends. But EVERYTIME you guys come out with new content to download theres ALWAYS trouble with me and I havent been able to log in for 2 days!!!! the content will download to 258 and then stay there for a min and then say connection failed????????? Its extremely stressing me out because I NEED to collect my world tournament stuff and I cant!!!!!!! HELP ME ASAP!!!! I REALLY LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!! FIX THIS ASAP!
