No update in app store???

Not giving the game 3 stars just this update. With this new update it tells me on Dokkan Battle to go download the new version from the app store. When I come to the app store there is no new version on here. I downloaded all data on the game to see if that worked. It didnt so I cant log into the game. The game has me stuck on saying "Download the newest version in the app store" and there isnt one so I cant play.

When the game is working its great.
