Please read! It ate my money!

So I spent a certain amount of money on this game because the Year 2 Anniversary event is going on, but the games servers are having issues. Ill make a transaction but get nothing from it. Then when I open the store it says it has an error! I just hope some employee reads this and helps me with my issue. I just want the transaction to go through, please. I do love this game but dont do me over like that man.
