SAD SMH

It is just sad, how one of my favorite games, suddenly just robs me and does not let me play anymore.

I had had this game for a long time, and i had wasted money on it, it was just perfect, until one day. suddenly it logged me out, so i had to transfer my old stuff in the new one. i have my transfer code and i have it linked to my facebook, yet not even with all that it let me recover it.
i have tried many times, it does not let me. now i try to enter the app and it kick me out. if it keeps being like this ill have to delete it.
please Bandai, help me with this i really enjoy playing the game. for now ill put 1 star.
