App is Great but has problems

Ive been playing this game since April of 2017 and Ive been having so much fun when playing since I have friends and family that play with me. But, there are also times where Ive spent money to receive Dragon Stones. The main problem I would like to address in this review would be that I have made purchases when special sales go on and I did not receive what I had payed for. This upset me greatly considering I also went to bandai for support and they did not help my problem. I have had many fun times with this game but I am at a point to where Dragon Stones are getting scarce to get and I refuse to drop money into this game due to the problem I had come across regarding purchases Ive made. While I love this game greatly, the problem with in-game purchases is definitely a big turnoff even though this "Gotcha Game" is extremely fun. I would definitely recommend this game, but please be careful when considering putting money into the micro transactions. (Also worth noting: I have never had problem with transactions on Android OS.)
