Why even summon for lr broly

I spent 50 dragon stones on the legendary summon and of all characters I got a whis that only does up to 30000 damage. Why do I even bother with this game if Im just gonna keep getting ripped off of time and stones. Ive played games with better rates. Im done spending money on dragon stones that give me a darn INT whis with an extremely bad passive. All allies Atk and def +12% what garbage.
