Saudi Arabia store

Exuse me but why this game isnt available on the Saudi Arabia store when I want to purchase the dragon stones it says error code ((I dont know what was the code)) then I should change to the us store to purchase but I cant because I have all my payments in the Saudi Arabia store please let this game available in the SA store please.

Before I finish this game was available in SA store then it disappeared.
