Best game ever but only 1*

Ive spent about 350 on this game. Its addicting, Ive played for 3 years now. Made many friends, online communities etc. and I cant download an update. "Download failed please check connection and try again." I tried 3 wifis, and 4g LTe, I did a complete factory reset and tried 3 different devices and I still cant. So after 3 years, Im done.
