Update has locked me out

Withy the most recent server maintenance and them having a server update on August 2nd 2017, I have been locked out of the game, this game is amazing, I absolutely love it, but the most recent update it gets to 36/36 and then does nothing, nothing, then it says data download failed, I tried restarting the app, I tried using LTE, different internet, but nothing has worked and i am locked out of the game
