Good game but whats going on?

I like this game a lot but the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because when I log in it loads and then the screen dims and nothing happens it cant be just me because I have a new phone and have been playing this game in this phone for as long as Ive had it and Im just confused so please fix and if it is just me someone please help me. Ps since the update its been ok until now its doing the same thing please fix
