Horrible service

Got a new phone and before I could make a new transfer code the phone stopped working due to defective battery now bc I have been stuck waiting on the bandai email service to issue a new code to me I have lost many days worth of logins bonuses and the special summons and events. The other device I had the game loaded on now wont even load past the hercule screen. Loved this game but due to horrible services like this Im turned off to bandai namco. Why do they need to do a transfer code system anyway as this is the only game I cant use on my phone after reloading all the apps
