Not loading bad update

The new update is taking to long to load it wont finish keep saying bad network error after loading so fast.

Also I think a good dragon ball ball would perfect if it was puzzle quest like the marvel puzzle quest a certain stone gives you the ability to go saiyan and then some you get help from allies and all that I think it would be a perfect game.
