Great game, but....

This is a great and addictive game overall. I enjoy all the features and look forward to whats in store. My problem is the customer service side of things. I havent been able to log into my account for 6 days now due to transfer code error and Facebook will not log in either. I sent emails and recovery request since day 1 and have not gotten a response yet.

Now I understand people are busy. Theyre are a lot more of us than there are of them, but come on really? Not one email to say hey we havent forgot about you were working on it etc. something. There has to be a better way of recovering your account at least. Im just frustrated with the lack of response and no help in the situation right now.
